It all started on the day ChatGPT launched. My daughter was sitting at our kitchen table, struggling with her AP stats and calculus homework. She asked for help, and admittedly, the material was a bit beyond my grasp. But I remembered hearing about this new AI tool, ChatGPT, that had just launched. I thought, "Let me see if this can help me help her."

After about an hour of experimenting with ChatGPT, I guided her through the problems. The sense of empowerment I felt was incredible. I watched her transition from frustration to optimism about her ability to tackle challenging subjects. It wasn't about replacing me as her dad; it was about having a support system that enhanced my ability to help her. That spark of empowerment led to the inception of Huzi, designed to be a cognitive prosthetic for real estate professionals—a tool to support, not replace, their expertise.
